The Real Housewives are known for bringing the drama, as well as the glam, and the ladies made sure to not disappoint for this years four part reunion. Bravo brought together ‘The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills” for their season eleven reunion, where tears were shed, threats were made, and one housewife possibly implicated herself in her husbands ongoing lawsuits.
The Housewife and the Hustler
Bravo aired the fourth part of “The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills” reunion where all eight of the Real Housewives got together to rehash a season full of controversy. All eyes were on Erika Girardi, the self proclaimed “enigma wrapped in diamonds”, as she was in the hot seat after her husband, disgraced lawyer Tom Girardi, was accused of stealing millions of dollars from clients, including victims of the 2018 Indonesian plane crash whom he represented in a lawsuit against Boeing to fund his and his wife extravagant lifestyle. Girardi also performs music under the name “Erika Jayne” and is alleged to have taken a $20 million dollar loan from her husband to craft her stage persona. Girardi took question after question from host Andy Cohen as he drilled her on what she knew while telling her that her lack of empathy for the victims was outrageous. Kathy Hilton, who filmed as a friend of the housewives, also appeared at the reunion, where her unabashed humor added a bit of levity to the heavy themes of the season.
The Real Housewives franchise began in 2006 with “The Real Housewives of Orange County”, with eleven different installments, The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills debuting in 2010 with cast members Kyle and Kim Richards, Camille Grammer, Adrienne Maloof, Taylor Armstrong, and Lisa Vanderpump debuting with 1.5 millions viewers, and is currently the highest rated of the Housewives franchise with 1.3 million weekly average viewers.
The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills season eleven cast also includes Kyle Richards (Halloween, E.R.), Lisa Rinna (Melrose Place, Days of Our Lives), Garcelle Beauvais (Coming to America, The Real), Dorit Kemsley (Nektaria x Dorit), Sutton Stracke, and newest housewife Crystal Kung Minkoff, wife of Hollywood producer Rob Minkoff (Lion King).
